The Chain Assets Token (CAT) presale is conducted by Chain Assets LLC, a registered U.S. entity. CAT is a BEP-20 utility token on the Binance Smart Chain designed to function as the native currency within the Chain Assets gaming ecosystem.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age. By participating in this presale, you confirm that purchasing digital tokens is legal in your jurisdiction. Chain Assets LLC does not offer this sale to residents of jurisdictions where token sales are prohibited.
CAT Tokens are designed for use within the Chain Assets ecosystem, including game entry fees, tournament participation, prize pool payouts, and in game purchases. CAT Tokens are not securities, shares, or equity in Chain Assets LLC.
The purchase of CAT Tokens involves significant risk. Token value may fluctuate and could decrease to zero. Chain Assets LLC makes no guarantees regarding future token value, exchange listings, or returns on investment. Do not purchase more than you can afford to lose.
All presale contributions are final and non-refundable. Tokens will be distributed to participating wallet addresses after the Token Generation Event (TGE). In the event the presale does not reach its goals, Chain Assets LLC reserves the right to adjust timelines.
Presale funds will be allocated as outlined in the Use of Funds breakdown: 40% Liquidity Pool (locked), 30% Assets Development, 20% Marketing & CEX Listings, and 10% Legal & Contingency.
CAT Tokens will be distributed to the wallet addresses used during the presale after the TGE. Total token supply is 400,000,000 CAT on the BNB Smart Chain network.
CAT features a 0% buy tax at all times. Sell tax is 2% during day hours (11 AM to 11 PM UTC) and 8% during night hours (11 PM to 11 AM UTC). Wallet to wallet transfers and skill to earn winnings are untaxed.
Chain Assets LLC shall not be liable for any losses arising from blockchain network issues, smart contract vulnerabilities, regulatory changes, or market conditions beyond its control. Participants assume all risk associated with blockchain-based transactions.
Chain Assets LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the ecosystem constitutes acceptance of any modifications. Material changes will be communicated via official channels.
